What counts as a minute
A minute is talk time on an answered call — the seconds between hello and hang-up. Ringing does not count, an unanswered call does not count, and the dashboard, documents and browser testing never count. Inbound and outbound both draw from the same pool.
Your month is added up in seconds and rounded once, at the end, to the next whole minute. That sounds like a technicality and it is worth real money: a service that rounds every call up separately turns ten forty-second calls into ten minutes. Here they are seven.
When the included minutes run out
Calls keep being answered. Nothing is cut off mid-month, no caller hits a wall, and no one has to approve anything to keep the phone working. Minutes past your plan’s allowance are billed at 25¢ each and appear on your next invoice, next to the plan fee — after they happened, never pre-paid. You get an email when you reach 80% of your minutes and again at 100%, so the invoice is never the first you hear of it.
Outbound campaigns use the same minutes
Everaide can also make calls for you — consent-first campaigns to contacts who opted in. Those calls come out of the same monthly minutes as the ones you receive. There is no separate outbound plan and no second bill to reconcile against the first.
