For nonprofits
Two people. One phone. And it never stops ringing.
Community centers, food banks, foundations, faith groups: your whole office is a person or two, and every ringing phone is a donor, a volunteer, or a family who needs an answer now. Everaide answers each one from your own program and giving FAQ, and emails you the messages that need a human.
Keep your number. Minutes to set up. Turn it off anytime.

Thank you for calling Riverside Community Center — how can I help?
- Caller
What are your donation drop-off hours, and is my gift tax-deductible?
- Everaide
Donations can be dropped off weekdays 9 to 5. We’re a registered 501(c)(3), so your gift is tax-deductible — we’ll email you a receipt.

Wonderful, thank you.
Answer came from your document: Donations & programs FAQ
Straight from your own documents
A supporter asks your donation drop-off hours and whether their gift is tax-deductible. Everaide answers from your own donations-and-programs FAQ: the way your board approved it, not a guess.
Everaide answers from the documents you gave it, and when they don’t cover the question it says so and takes a message. Every call is written down, so you can read back exactly what was said in your name.
What that means for a tiny office
A tiny office that never misses a call
When both of you are in a meeting or out at an event, Everaide still answers every donor, volunteer, and family — warmly, and in your name.
Program and giving answers from your FAQ
Drop-off hours, tax status, what programs you run — answered from the documents your board approved, not from a general idea of how nonprofits work.
Evenings and event days, covered
Your biggest call days are your busiest days on the ground. Everaide picks up the phones so your two people can be where they’re needed.
Messages that reach a human fast
When a caller needs a person, Everaide takes their details and emails your office — so a grant deadline or a family in need never sits in a voicemail box.
Everaide makes calls, too
Everaide makes calls for you, too: event reminders, volunteer shift updates, and donation campaigns. Consent is built in, not bolted on:
- Every call says it’s an automated assistant.
- It dials only people who have opted in.
- It honors “stop calling me” the moment it’s spoken, across every campaign, for good.
- It calls only during polite hours.
- It never takes payment details. Collecting payments stays with your team.
Outbound campaigns begin with a compliance review. That’s a feature, not a delay.
Simple, honest pricing
One simple monthly price with call minutes included. Plans start at $149/month, with a small per-minute rate only if you go over. No setup fee. Cancel anytime. See current plans.
Honest questions, honest answers
Do we keep our phone number?
Yes. You keep your number and nothing about your current phones changes. You just turn on call forwarding, and you can switch it off in seconds.
What happens when it doesn’t know the answer?
It says so, takes a message, and emails your office — the caller’s name, their number, what they wanted, and a link to the call. It is built to hand the caller to your team rather than give out a price or a date it does not have.
Can callers book appointments?
Yes, on the call. A caller picks a time, Everaide checks it against the availability you set, and books the appointment. It shows up in your dashboard right away.
Is our information safe and private?
Your documents and calls are kept separate from every other organization’s — every link the database holds between your documents, the chunks that index them, your campaigns, your contacts and their calls carries your organization inside the key itself, so a chunk cannot borrow another organization’s document, and we hold ourselves to tests rather than assurances: one proves the answering path will not pull another organization’s document into your call, and others prove one account cannot open another’s documents or calls. Your papers answer your callers, and no one else’s. Making a phone call work does involve outside providers: the company that carries the call, and the AI that composes the spoken answer, handle what is said on it and the passages from your documents used to answer, and the company that carries the call keeps its own copy under its own terms. One caveat you should hear from us: we are a small company, and the people who operate the service can reach the server in order to run it.
Can Everaide make calls for us, too?
Yes. Reminders, updates, and campaigns, consent-first. Every call says it’s an automated assistant. It dials only people who have opted in. It honors “stop calling me” the moment it’s spoken, across every campaign, for good. It calls only during polite hours. It never takes payment details. Collecting payments stays with your team. Outbound campaigns begin with a compliance review.
Does it take payments over the phone?
No, never. Everaide never asks for card numbers or takes payment details on a call. Collecting pledges and payments stays with your team.
What does it cost?
One simple monthly price with call minutes included. Plans start at $149/month, with a small per-minute rate only if you go over. See current plans.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your plan whenever you like from your billing settings. No phone call and no retention maze.
Is my industry supported?
Everaide fits small organizations that answer a phone: home-services businesses, local shops and offices, nonprofits, schools, and more. Regulated industries like healthcare (for example, clinics handling patient health records) aren’t supported yet; that support is on our roadmap.
