Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancel whenever you need to
The standard monthly Everaide plan has no minimum term or cancellation fee. Cancel through Billing → Manage billing, or email support@geteveraide.com if you cannot access the portal. We confirm cancellation and its effective date. Ordinary cancellation stops renewal; paid service continues to the end of the period already paid for.
We do not ordinarily refund unused portions of a month or unused included minutes. Correctly billed usage overages remain payable, including valid usage invoiced after cancellation.
First paid month guarantee
If you are unhappy during your first paid month, request the guarantee by contacting support within 30 days of your first subscription payment. We refund the first monthly subscription fee actually paid, with any corresponding tax adjustment required. This guarantee is available once per organization. Correctly billed usage overages are excluded; an overage billing error may still be corrected.
A guarantee refund cancels renewal and ends paid service when the refund is processed. Before processing, we confirm the service-ending date and the consequences for your assigned phone number. The number may be released and calls will stop; update any forwarding and public contact information. The account-data export process is separate from calling service.
The guarantee does not require you to prove a defect or give a reason. It does not authorize duplicate claims through multiple accounts for the same organization.
Errors, service failures and legal rights
We correct duplicate or incorrect charges. This policy does not restrict refunds required by law, the Terms' material-service-failure remedy, or refunds promised when we discontinue service, terminate without customer breach, or make a qualifying material change. These exceptions take priority over the ordinary no-pro-rata rule.
Approved refunds go to the original payment method where supported. We will initiate an approved refund within 2 business days and confirm initiation. Your bank/payment provider controls when it appears in your account; we do not guarantee its processing time.
Renewal and price changes
Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Before purchase, checkout shows the recurring price, interval, included usage and overage charges. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply. A price increase applies only at renewal after at least 30 days' email notice, so you may cancel before the increase.
