TRUST IS IN THE DETAILS
A thoughtful assistant.
A transparent approach.
Where your documents live and who can see them, in plain words.
Read the trust pageWhere does our information live?
On a server we run ourselves, in Phoenix, Arizona. The file you upload stays on that machine rather than in a third-party cloud file store, and it is indexed there. A database backup holding the text we extract and the records of past calls has been copied to a cloud provider for off-site keeping — the deletion answer below has the details, including which copies are encrypted and which are not. Saying an answer out loud needs outside AI providers, so for each call the passage that answers the question is sent to them along with what the caller said — we send the passage, not the file.
Could another organization see it?
Not through the product. Every link the database holds between your documents, the chunks that index them, your campaigns, your contacts and their calls carries your organization inside the key itself, so a chunk cannot borrow another organization’s document — and we hold ourselves to tests rather than assurances: one plants a document in another organization’s account that is a better match for your caller’s question and proves your call does not receive it; others prove one account cannot open another’s documents or calls in the dashboard — it gets a not-found, the same as if they never existed.
Can we remove something we uploaded?
When it is not attached to a campaign, yes. An owner deletes a document and it goes out of the file store and out of the index that answers calls — no soft-delete. A document attached to a campaign cannot be deleted while that campaign exists; the campaign keeps the papers it speaks from. Deleting does not reach everything either, and the parts most worth knowing are these. Past calls: if the assistant read from that document during a call, that call’s record still shows what it said, and call records stay in your account. There is no self-serve control for that yet — email support@geteveraide.com and we will take the conversation out of that record for you, at no charge: the transcript, the summary, the phone numbers on the call record, the caller details on any booking it produced, and the stored event payloads that hold the same words. Two things stay: the call itself as a dated line, because your billing history counts it, and — on an outbound campaign call — the number we dialed, which the database freezes as part of our calling-compliance record and will not let us remove. The phone network: the provider that carries the calls keeps its own copy under its own terms, and our deletion does not reach it. Backups: a database backup taken before you deleted it still holds the text we extracted, and the records of calls that happened before it was taken. Every backup is now encrypted on our machine before it goes anywhere, including the copy kept off-site with a cloud provider: they hold the file, and not the key that opens it. None of them is reachable from the product. Nothing rotates that key yet, and we do not promise a date by which a backup itself is gone — we would rather say both plainly than imply a schedule we have not built.
One thing we will say out loud that most vendors leave out: we are a small company, and the people who operate the service can reach the server — running it requires that. We use that access to run and repair the service, and to help you when you ask. Be careful with any vendor whose product has to read your documents to answer calls and still tells you nobody on their side can ever see your data. Short of true end-to-end encryption, which a product like this cannot offer, that claim rarely survives a hard question.
A LITTLE INVESTMENT. A LOT OF PRESENCE.
Exceptional care.
Simple pricing.
One monthly price with call minutes included. A clear per-minute rate when you need more.
Does it replace our staff?
No. Your team keeps answering the phone like always. Everaide catches the calls they can’t get to: the busy moments, the evenings, the weekends.
Can Everaide make calls for us, too?
Yes. Reminders, updates, and campaigns, consent-first. Every call says it’s an automated assistant. It dials only people who have opted in. It honors “stop calling me” the moment it’s spoken, across every campaign, for good. It calls only during polite hours. It never takes payment details. Collecting payments stays with your team. Outbound campaigns begin with a compliance review.
Does it take payments over the phone?
No, never. Everaide never asks for card numbers or takes payment details on a call. Collecting pledges and payments stays with your team.
What happens when it doesn’t know the answer?
It says so, takes a message, and emails your office — the caller’s name, their number, what they wanted, and a link to the call. It is built to hand the caller to your team rather than give out a price or a date it does not have.
Can callers book appointments?
Yes, on the call. A caller picks a time, Everaide checks it against the availability you set, and books the appointment. It shows up in your dashboard right away.
Is our information safe and private?
Your documents and calls are kept separate from every other organization’s — every link the database holds between your documents, the chunks that index them, your campaigns, your contacts and their calls carries your organization inside the key itself, so a chunk cannot borrow another organization’s document, and we hold ourselves to tests rather than assurances: one proves the answering path will not pull another organization’s document into your call, and others prove one account cannot open another’s documents or calls. Your papers answer your callers, and no one else’s. Making a phone call work does involve outside providers: the company that carries the call, and the AI that composes the spoken answer, handle what is said on it and the passages from your documents used to answer, and the company that carries the call keeps its own copy under its own terms. One caveat you should hear from us: we are a small company, and the people who operate the service can reach the server in order to run it.
Where is our data stored?
On a server we run ourselves in Phoenix, Arizona, in the United States. The documents you upload stay on that machine — the file itself is never kept in a third-party cloud file service — and they are indexed there. You should hear this from us rather than discover it: a database backup holds the text we extract from your documents and the records of past calls. Those backups are encrypted on our machine before they go anywhere, including the copy placed with a cloud provider for off-site keeping: they hold the file and not the key. Speaking an answer out loud needs outside AI providers, so for each call the passage that answers the question is sent to them along with what the caller said; we send the passage, not the file. Traffic between you, us, and those providers travels over encrypted connections.
Who can see our documents and calls?
People you invite, plus the providers that make a phone call work. Inside your account there are two roles — owner and member — and no account of any kind, including ours, can read another organization’s documents or calls; every link the database holds between your documents, the chunks that index them, your campaigns, your contacts and their calls carries your organization inside the key itself, so a chunk cannot borrow another organization’s document, and we hold ourselves to tests rather than assurances. One plants a better-matching document in a different organization’s account and confirms your calls do not receive it; others confirm one account asking for another’s documents or calls gets a not-found. Outside your account, the companies that carry the call and generate the spoken answer handle what is said on it and the passages used to answer, and the company that carries the call keeps its own copy under its own terms. One honest caveat, because you should be suspicious of anyone who omits it: we are a small company, and the people who operate the service can reach the server in order to run it.
Do we keep our phone number?
Yes. You keep your number and nothing about your current phones changes. You just turn on call forwarding, and you can switch it off in seconds.
Who is the phone company — do we need an account with AT&T or T-Mobile?
No account, and nothing to set up. Everaide provides the number itself — a real US local number on licensed US carriers, not a consumer mobile line. It arrives automatically about a minute after you choose a plan, and it works alongside the phone you already have.
How fast is setup?
Most organizations are live in minutes: sign up, upload your documents, and forward your line. If you can attach a file to an email, you can set up Everaide.
What does it cost?
One simple monthly price with call minutes included. Plans start at $149/month, with a small per-minute rate only if you go over. See current plans.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your plan whenever you like from your billing settings. No phone call and no retention maze.
Is my industry supported?
Everaide fits small organizations that answer a phone: home-services businesses, local shops and offices, nonprofits, schools, and more. Regulated industries like healthcare (for example, clinics handling patient health records) aren’t supported yet; that support is on our roadmap.
