For home-services businesses

You’re under a sink. The phone rings. That’s the biggest job of the month.

Plumbers, electricians, HVAC, cleaners, landscapers: when your hands are full, the call goes to voicemail and the customer dials the next name on the list. Everaide answers every call in a warm voice, quotes from your own price sheet, books the visit or takes a name and number for your callback. The job stays yours.

Keep your number. Minutes to set up. Turn it off anytime.

  • Everaide

Thanks for calling Rivera Plumbing — how can I help?

  • Caller

Do you cover Oakdale, and roughly what do you charge to clear a main drain?

  • Everaide

Yes, Oakdale is in our service area. A main-line drain cleaning starts at $189, and we can usually get someone out the same day.

  • Caller

Great — can someone come this afternoon?

  • Everaide

Let me take your name and number, and the office will confirm a time window with you shortly.

Answer came from your document: Service-area & pricing sheet

Straight from your own documents

A caller asks what you charge and whether you cover their town. Everaide answers from the service-area and pricing sheet you uploaded, not a guess, then takes their name and number for you.

Everaide answers from the documents you gave it, and when they don’t cover the question it says so and takes a message. Every call is written down, so you can read back exactly what was said in your name.

What that means for your day

  • Never miss the next job

You’re on a call-out with both hands full. The next caller still gets a warm answer and leaves their number for your callback — not your voicemail and your competitor’s number.

  • Real quotes, straight from your sheet

Callers hear your actual price bands and the towns you cover, read from the sheet you uploaded — so you stop repeating the same five answers all day.

  • Nights, weekends, and storm-day surges

A burst pipe at 9 PM gets your real emergency policy, and you get their name, number, and address by email — ready to call back first thing.

  • Every message, written down

Open your dashboard to a clean record of who called, what they needed, and what was said — nothing lost on a sticky note in the van.

  • Booked while you’re on the job

A caller picks a time, Everaide checks the availability you set and books it on the spot. It’s in your dashboard before you’re back in the van.

Everaide makes calls, too

Everaide doesn’t just answer. It also makes calls for you: appointment confirmations and reminder calls that cut no-shows. Consent is built in, not bolted on:

  • Every call says it’s an automated assistant.
  • It dials only people who have opted in.
  • It honors “stop calling me” the moment it’s spoken, across every campaign, for good.
  • It calls only during polite hours.
  • It never takes payment details. Collecting payments stays with your team.

Outbound campaigns begin with a compliance review. That’s a feature, not a delay.

Honest questions, honest answers

Do we keep our phone number?

Yes. You keep your number and nothing about your current phones changes. You just turn on call forwarding, and you can switch it off in seconds.

What happens when it doesn’t know the answer?

It says so, takes a message, and emails your office — the caller’s name, their number, what they wanted, and a link to the call. It is built to hand the caller to your team rather than give out a price or a date it does not have.

Can callers book appointments?

Yes, on the call. A caller picks a time, Everaide checks it against the availability you set, and books the appointment. It shows up in your dashboard right away.

Is our information safe and private?

Your documents and calls are kept separate from every other organization’s — every link the database holds between your documents, the chunks that index them, your campaigns, your contacts and their calls carries your organization inside the key itself, so a chunk cannot borrow another organization’s document, and we hold ourselves to tests rather than assurances: one proves the answering path will not pull another organization’s document into your call, and others prove one account cannot open another’s documents or calls. Your papers answer your callers, and no one else’s. Making a phone call work does involve outside providers: the company that carries the call, and the AI that composes the spoken answer, handle what is said on it and the passages from your documents used to answer, and the company that carries the call keeps its own copy under its own terms. One caveat you should hear from us: we are a small company, and the people who operate the service can reach the server in order to run it.

Can Everaide make calls for us, too?

Yes. Reminders, updates, and campaigns, consent-first. Every call says it’s an automated assistant. It dials only people who have opted in. It honors “stop calling me” the moment it’s spoken, across every campaign, for good. It calls only during polite hours. It never takes payment details. Collecting payments stays with your team. Outbound campaigns begin with a compliance review.

Does it take payments over the phone?

No, never. Everaide never asks for card numbers or takes payment details on a call. Collecting pledges and payments stays with your team.

What does it cost?

One simple monthly price with call minutes included. Plans start at $149/month, with a small per-minute rate only if you go over. See current plans.

Can we cancel anytime?

Yes. Manage or cancel your plan whenever you like from your billing settings. No phone call and no retention maze.

Is my industry supported?

Everaide fits small organizations that answer a phone: home-services businesses, local shops and offices, nonprofits, schools, and more. Regulated industries like healthcare (for example, clinics handling patient health records) aren’t supported yet; that support is on our roadmap.
