For local shops & offices

You’re ringing up a customer. The phone rings. You can only be one place.

Retail, salons, repair shops, small offices: you’re helping the person in front of you while the phone rings behind you. Everaide picks up every time, answers hours, returns, and “are you open?” from your own policy, books appointments, and takes a message when it should. No caller hits a dead line.

Keep your number. Minutes to set up. Turn it off anytime.

Read a sample call

  • Everaide

Thanks for calling Corner Hardware — how can I help?

  • Caller

Are you open on Sunday, and can I return something without the receipt?

  • Everaide

We’re open Sundays 10 to 4. Returns within 30 days are welcome; without a receipt we can offer store credit at the current price.

  • Caller

    Perfect — thanks!

Answer came from your document: Store hours & returns policy

Straight from your own documents

A caller asks your Sunday hours and your return policy. Everaide answers straight from the hours-and-returns document you uploaded — the same source you would answer from yourself.

Everaide answers from the documents you gave it, and when they don’t cover the question it says so and takes a message. Every call is written down, so you can read back exactly what was said in your name.

What that means at the counter

  • The phone’s covered at the register

Help the customer in front of you. Everaide takes the call behind you — hours, returns, directions — and only pulls you in for the ones that truly need you.

  • Answers from your own policy

Sunday hours, holiday closures, your real return rules — read from the document you uploaded, not from whatever the internet assumes a shop like yours does.

  • After-hours callers get a real answer

Someone calls at 8 PM to ask if you’re open tomorrow. They get the answer; you get to close up and go home.

  • Every call in one place

A written record of every call in your dashboard — no more guessing what the weekend rush actually asked for.

Everaide makes calls, too

Everaide makes calls for you, too: order-ready notices, appointment reminders, and “your repair is done” updates. Consent is built in, not bolted on:

  • Every call says it’s an automated assistant.
  • It dials only people who have opted in.
  • It honors “stop calling me” the moment it’s spoken, across every campaign, for good.
  • It calls only during polite hours.
  • It never takes payment details. Collecting payments stays with your team.

Outbound campaigns begin with a compliance review. That’s a feature, not a delay.

Simple, honest pricing

One simple monthly price with call minutes included. Plans start at $149/month, with a small per-minute rate only if you go over. No setup fee. Cancel anytime. See current plans.

Honest questions, honest answers

Do we keep our phone number?

Yes. You keep your number and nothing about your current phones changes. You just turn on call forwarding, and you can switch it off in seconds.

What happens when it doesn’t know the answer?

It says so, takes a message, and emails your office — the caller’s name, their number, what they wanted, and a link to the call. It is built to hand the caller to your team rather than give out a price or a date it does not have.

Can callers book appointments?

Yes, on the call. A caller picks a time, Everaide checks it against the availability you set, and books the appointment. It shows up in your dashboard right away.

Is our information safe and private?

Your documents and calls are kept separate from every other organization’s — every link the database holds between your documents, the chunks that index them, your campaigns, your contacts and their calls carries your organization inside the key itself, so a chunk cannot borrow another organization’s document, and we hold ourselves to tests rather than assurances: one proves the answering path will not pull another organization’s document into your call, and others prove one account cannot open another’s documents or calls. Your papers answer your callers, and no one else’s. Making a phone call work does involve outside providers: the company that carries the call, and the AI that composes the spoken answer, handle what is said on it and the passages from your documents used to answer, and the company that carries the call keeps its own copy under its own terms. One caveat you should hear from us: we are a small company, and the people who operate the service can reach the server in order to run it.

Can Everaide make calls for us, too?

Yes. Reminders, updates, and campaigns, consent-first. Every call says it’s an automated assistant. It dials only people who have opted in. It honors “stop calling me” the moment it’s spoken, across every campaign, for good. It calls only during polite hours. It never takes payment details. Collecting payments stays with your team. Outbound campaigns begin with a compliance review.

Does it take payments over the phone?

No, never. Everaide never asks for card numbers or takes payment details on a call. Collecting pledges and payments stays with your team.

What does it cost?

One simple monthly price with call minutes included. Plans start at $149/month, with a small per-minute rate only if you go over. See current plans.

Can we cancel anytime?

Yes. Manage or cancel your plan whenever you like from your billing settings. No phone call and no retention maze.

Is my industry supported?

Everaide fits small organizations that answer a phone: home-services businesses, local shops and offices, nonprofits, schools, and more. Regulated industries like healthcare (for example, clinics handling patient health records) aren’t supported yet; that support is on our roadmap.
