Acceptable Use Policy
Version and effective date: stated in the page header and in the release record for this document
Eligible US-based professional practices, schools, trades, sole traders and organizations of every size may register under the Terms’ US launch restrictions. Eligibility for a particular workflow depends on its data and purpose; industry alone is not a prohibition.
Use Everaide lawfully, with authority to represent your organization and process the information you provide. This policy forms part of the Terms.
You must not use Everaide to impersonate a real person without lawful permission, disguise AI as a human, spoof caller identity, deceive or defraud, harass, threaten, discriminate unlawfully, exploit children, or facilitate unlawful activity. This includes phishing or voice phishing to obtain credentials, one-time codes, payment details or funds through deception; fraudulent fundraising; and voice cloning used without lawful authority or to mislead. Do not supply infringing content, scraped or purchased contact lists without the required lawful permissions, or false consent evidence.
Do not circumvent consent, opt-out, do-not-call, calling-hours, verification, security or usage controls. Do not use another account or telephone number to evade a recipient's refusal. Do not remove or contradict the AI/recording disclosure or instruct the assistant to deny that it is automated. Customer-configured wording cannot waive another person's rights.
Do not upload credentials, full payment-card details, government identifiers, biometric templates, criminal-offense records, confidential legal matter information, or regulated health/student data unless a written, supported arrangement explicitly permits the relevant processing. The ordinary service must not be used for emergency response, diagnosis, legal representation, debt collection, credit decisions, school admissions, student scoring, employment screening or other consequential automated decisions. School data and other restricted uses require separate approval before processing, not merely an indemnity after the event.
Do not probe other tenants, distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, overload infrastructure, reverse engineer protected components, share supplier keys, or misuse protected voice/model outputs. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to support@geteveraide.com. Good-faith reports will be handled under an agreed testing scope; this policy does not grant permission to access third-party data.
We may investigate reports and proportionately restrict dangerous or unlawful activity, preserve necessary evidence, and notify affected parties or authorities where appropriate or required. Where practicable we will explain the restriction and allow a response or cure; immediate action may be necessary for security, unlawful calls or harm. We do not promise advance notice when law prohibits it.
Report abuse or unwanted calls to support@geteveraide.com. Identify the calling organization and approximate time if known. You need not have an account or provide sensitive documents just to ask for calls to stop.
