Everaide — your AI office assistant

How Everaide works

An always-on aide that answers your organization’s phone from your own documents, takes messages, books appointments, and makes calls on your behalf, consent-first. Here’s the whole story.

The 4 o’clock phone call

It’s Thursday evening. A parent calls the school to ask what time pickup is tomorrow. She heard it’s an early-release day. Same call, two very different endings.

Missed

The office closed at 3:30

The phone just rings and rings. She hangs up, frustrated, and guesses. Nobody meant to let her down — the office was simply closed.

Answered

Everaide picks up

The phone is answered right away. A friendly voice tells her pickup is at 1:30 tomorrow, and she hangs up happy. Nobody at the school had to lift a finger.

So, what is Everaide?

Everaide answers your organization’s phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The answers come from your own documents, not from the internet.

Think of it as a front-desk helper who never sleeps, never takes a lunch break, and has already read every one of your papers: your FAQ, your office hours, your calendar, your policies. When someone calls and nobody can pick up, this helper does.

What can it do?

  • Answers from your documents

A parent asks about tuition, and the answer comes straight from the tuition sheet you uploaded.

  • Takes messages and emails them to you

A caller wants the coach to call back. Everaide writes down their name, number, and message, and it lands in your inbox.

  • Books appointments on the call

A caller asks for Tuesday morning. Everaide checks the availability you set, books the slot right on the call, and it shows up in your dashboard.

  • Every call in one place

Open your dashboard and read a written record of exactly what was said on every call.

  • Nights, weekends, and holidays

Someone calls at 9 PM asking if you’re open Monday. They get the answer; you get to keep sleeping.

  • Admits when it doesn’t know

If the answer isn’t in your documents, it says so and takes a message. You get the caller’s question; the caller gets a real follow-up.

Read a sample call

Where did “1:30 PM” come from? Not the internet. Not a guess. From the school’s own uploaded document.

  • Everaide

Good afternoon! You've reached Maple Grove School. How can I help?

  • Parent

Hi — what time is pickup this Friday? I heard it’s an early-release day.

  • Everaide

Yes, this Friday is an early-release day. Pickup is at 1:30 PM.

  • Parent

    Perfect, thank you!

How is this different from other AI?

Most AI has read the whole internet. It has never read your handbook.

Generic AI

Guesses confidently

Ask about your pickup time and it does what it always does: it makes something up that sounds right. A confident wrong answer is worse than no answer.

Everaide

Speaks from your documents

If your papers say pickup is 1:30, it says 1:30. And if the answer isn’t in your papers, it says, “I’m not sure. Let me take a message.” Every call is written down, so you can see exactly what went out in your name.

Do we lose our number?

No. You keep your number, and nothing about your current phones changes. You just turn on call forwarding, so when your line is busy, nobody picks up, or it’s after hours, the call quietly hops over to Everaide. Change your mind and you can switch it off in seconds.

Everaide answers

Your phones stay the mouth and ears. Everaide is just the brain and memory behind them.

Everaide makes calls, too

Everaide doesn’t just answer. It also makes calls for you, like a school running a donation drive or sending event reminders. Consent is built in, not bolted on:

  • Every call says it’s an automated assistant.
  • It dials only people who have opted in.
  • It honors “stop calling me” the moment it’s spoken, across every campaign, for good.
  • It calls only during polite hours.
  • It never takes payment details. Collecting payments stays with your team.

Outbound campaigns begin with a compliance review. That’s a feature, not a delay.

How outbound calling works, in detail

Getting started in four steps

  1. Sign up

Create your organization and set up Everaide in minutes. It’s self-serve, with no waiting on a sales call.

  2. Upload your documents

Drag and drop your FAQ, hours, calendar, and policies. That’s what your aide learns from.

  3. Forward your phone

A two-minute setting on your existing line. You keep your number. Forward calls when busy, unanswered, or after hours.

  4. Done

Calls, messages, and written records start appearing in your dashboard.

Honest questions, honest answers

Does it replace our staff?

No. Your team keeps answering the phone like always. Everaide catches the calls they can’t get to: the busy moments, the evenings, the weekends.

What happens when it doesn’t know the answer?

It says so, takes a message, and emails your office — the caller’s name, their number, what they wanted, and a link to the call. It is built to hand the caller to your team rather than give out a price or a date it does not have.

Can callers book appointments?

Yes, on the call. A caller picks a time, Everaide checks it against the availability you set, and books the appointment. It shows up in your dashboard right away.

Is our information safe and private?

Your documents and calls are kept separate from every other organization’s — every link the database holds between your documents, the chunks that index them, your campaigns, your contacts and their calls carries your organization inside the key itself, so a chunk cannot borrow another organization’s document, and we hold ourselves to tests rather than assurances: one proves the answering path will not pull another organization’s document into your call, and others prove one account cannot open another’s documents or calls. Your papers answer your callers, and no one else’s. Making a phone call work does involve outside providers: the company that carries the call, and the AI that composes the spoken answer, handle what is said on it and the passages from your documents used to answer, and the company that carries the call keeps its own copy under its own terms. One caveat you should hear from us: we are a small company, and the people who operate the service can reach the server in order to run it.

Can Everaide make calls for us, too?

Yes. Reminders, updates, and campaigns, consent-first. Every call says it’s an automated assistant. It dials only people who have opted in. It honors “stop calling me” the moment it’s spoken, across every campaign, for good. It calls only during polite hours. It never takes payment details. Collecting payments stays with your team. Outbound campaigns begin with a compliance review.

Does it take payments over the phone?

No, never. Everaide never asks for card numbers or takes payment details on a call. Collecting pledges and payments stays with your team.

Do we keep our phone number?

Yes. You keep your number and nothing about your current phones changes. You just turn on call forwarding, and you can switch it off in seconds.

How fast is setup?

Most organizations are live in minutes: sign up, upload your documents, and forward your line. If you can attach a file to an email, you can set up Everaide.

What does it cost?

One simple monthly price with call minutes included. Plans start at $149/month, with a small per-minute rate only if you go over. See current plans.

Can we cancel anytime?

Yes. Manage or cancel your plan whenever you like from your billing settings. No phone call and no retention maze.

Is my industry supported?

Everaide fits small organizations that answer a phone: home-services businesses, local shops and offices, nonprofits, schools, and more. Regulated industries like healthcare (for example, clinics handling patient health records) aren’t supported yet; that support is on our roadmap.
